Late Cancellation Fee (Less than 24 hours notice) – Full cost of scheduled appointment – please note that Medicare does not offer a rebate for late cancellation fees.
Rebates
Medicare Rebates
The Medicare Better Access pathway provides eligible clients a rebate of up to $101.55 per session (from 1st July 2026) for up to 10 individual therapy sessions per calendar year (1 January – 31 December).
Pregnancy Support Counselling provides eligible clients a rebate of up to approx. $74.40 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year for a 50+ minute session.

Financial Hardship
A limited number of concession/hardship rated services are offered to people experiencing financial hardship.
Hardship rates are a reduced fee arrangement applicable during the time of significant hardship. Some out of pocket expenses apply for each appointment. When the hardship passes, full fees will be reinstated.
